The menu:
Legumes à la grecque (Julia Child, vol. 1)
Cream of yellow squash soup
Roasted capon and gravy, with sausage and giblet dressing
Mashed potatoes, gravy
Brussels sprouts and carrots with brown sugar and mustard (Cook's Country)
George's cranberry relish
