Thanksgiving & Christmas 2014
We had our first "heritage" turkey,
from the breed known as "Amerian bronze."
It was pretty good, but maybe not that good. This one, with the farmer who raised him, was not our bird, we're pretty sure.
Christmas 2014
Warm and sunny after a cold and gloomy Advent.
Emily didn't join us at gift-time, but she appeared later.
Sunday, Dec. 28th, was so nice we finished up yardwork from the Fall.
