when it was gum she herself wanted. Cy remembered nearly getting her finger cut off because she was holding a sausage
so Eleanore could slice it up for the kitties--using an axe!

The whiskey jug: now it comes out that Aunt Tessie sold some home-make brew on the side and that her business was especially good during baseball games in Lourdes. Who knew?
