A visit to Augsburg, May 24-29,2001, with an Ausflug to Burgberg in the Allgaü.
Frau Wollburg at the church of St. Felicitas in Bobbingen.
We visited the basilica in Kempton, which has especially fine choir stalls and one very grimsaint (actually, two).
The crucifix--with an open-mouthed Christ, it seemed to me--is dated c. 1350.
In Burgberg, the view from Frau Wollburg's balcony.
Cows use the streets almost as much as peopledo.
